Well I guess you have to look up all of the memory addresses again as they may have moved?

Tweaks work by altering the memory addresses of the running instance, which is why e.g "power" figure doesn't show a simple figure like 1, but instead of that it comes up as 0.83 or 0.19 depending on the vehicle type.
Cheat Engine is the simplest way of finding those addresses, but tweaks offer the interface to make everything easier.

good example can be the difference between tables "LFS Tweak G14" and "LFS Tweak H" which is 5484 bytes.
also devs could add some security such as "Invalid setup after decryption" existing since 0.6F version.

Some new security stuff is also made in replays - if you want to extract setup from 0.6H spr or mpr it is completely messed up.
